Lee is a Fire Safety Inspector in the Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service, and he is autistic. He originally got involved with the fire service through a Prince's Trust course before completing a Fire Safety Apprenticeship. Here, Lee explains how he got his late diagnosis, why his job is well suited to his skills and how he is supported at work by his colleagues and through reasonable adjustments.
