I experienced one when I studied abroad in The Netherlands last summer! With a population of 17 million people in The Netherlands, the Dutch own 22.5 million bicycles!! There were bicycles EVERYWHERE! And for the 3 months I was preforming research there I never called an uber, just cycled around under the sun! ☀️
