Hello, this time something different. Of course woodturning but now with a special addition. This is such a special piece of yew that I thought, a beautiful natural lid should be turned for it 😉. What is more natural than stone, but can you turn this 🤔. Well the answer is YES it"s possible, of course not a stone that is too hard, so I started with soapstone. Maybe try a slightly harder type in the future, but for now I am very happy with it. Hopefully you will like it too and it will give you inspiration to try something like this.
