In this video we will see how to make chicken kebab recipe in tamil. This kebab is made with minced chicken to make a seekh kebab. Since the minced meat is mixed with the spices, the chicken is very flavorful and tasty. Also this kebab cooks much faster. Traditionally kebabs are cooked in a grill but we can also pan fry them. These chicken kebabs can be served as an excellent starter recipe. If you are using wooden skewers please soak them overnight in water to prevent them from burning.

1 inch Ginger
3 Garlic
3 Gree chilies
250g boneless chicken
1 Onion
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1/8 tsp Pepper
required Salt
2 tbsp Oil
1-2 tbsp Oil for frying
