I LOVE Clefable, but everyone is using it as a screens setter, and not the offensive powerhouse it is! On top of that, Quick Claw, if it hits, really speeds up the animations of special moves, so they're a lot more spammable.
I use clefs great coverage & high special attack stat to throw out tons of high power moves and claim victory!
Just to be clear, we here at No Bottlecaps are not part of the Anti-Bottlecap agenda. In fact, we welcome Bottle Caps. That being said, we do not need them. They exist to help bring your pathetic excuses for Pokemon up to our level. When your hexagon says Hyper-Trained, I instantly know two things about you. One. You probably didn't cheat, because most cheaters try to imitate the No Bottlecaps gravitas and arbitrarily make everything 31. They've never heard of Hidden Power, and cannot fathom needing a couple 30s to check Salamence. Two. You haven't yet learned the joys of RNG manipulating competitive stats yourself. Perhaps it's time you rectified that grievous error. Go dust off your childhood fanny pack, give your GBA CPR, plug in your copy of Pokemon Emerald Version from 2004 and get to work.
