Ingredients:
For Kofte:
750 g mutton mince or boneless chicken
11/2 TSP salt
1 TSP chili powder
1 TSP garam masala
1 TSP cumin powder
1 TSP black pepper
1 TSP chaat masala
11/2 tbsp garlic paste
11/2 tbsp ginger paste
coriander leaves
mint leaves
1 onion
green chillies
2 tbsp butter or oil
4 tbsp gram flour / 2 bread slices
oil for frying
Ingredients for gravy:
( 500 g chicken meatballs )
1/3 cup oil
4-4 cloves
2 inch cinnamon stick
8-10 pepper corns
3-4 green cardamom
1 large onion
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/1 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
1/2 cup tomato paste
coriander leaves
green chillies
