Since launching in Gateshead last year, the Living Lab’s open-access data has attracted global attention from researchers to mine water heat operators across the UK, Europe and the United States.
To mark the milestone, we’re sharing a three-part video series opening up the full research journey – from on-site sampling, through laboratory analysis, to interpreting the data helping shape the future of low-carbon heat.
This video starts on site in Gateshead, showing how water and temperature data samples are collected. This is the first step in building the open-access dataset being used to explore the future of low-carbon heat.
