Neodent GM Digital SuperScanPost - proof of concept using sirona scanbody STL to build a custom conversion library.

Description

The Neodent GM Digital SuperScanPost is comprised of shells, superimposed over one another. Once aligned to your intraoral scan with free software (Meshmixer), you can choose the tibase height that is right for the case (0.8mm, 1.5mm, 2.5mm, or Trubase1.8mm, Trubase2.8mm), import the STLs into Inlab or export from inlab to CEREC SW as a .dxd format. Converting the scans takes 2-3 minutes in Meshmixer before proceeding to designing within InLab.

Important NOTES:

Truabutment makes excellent cerec scanposts and tibases for Neodent GM.
You need InLab software with the ability to import STL files
You need to download Meshmixer (FREE) and be comfortable with aligning and manipulating digital files.
