In today’s video, I’m unboxing the December Allure Beauty Box! This month’s box had some amazing products, but I did run into a small issue, one product was missing from my original box.
The good news? Allure came through and sent me the missing item! It did take a bit longer than usual to hear back from their customer service team due to the high volume of emails they were receiving (hello, holiday season! 📧), but they eventually resolved the issue and made it right. I really appreciate that they followed through!
