It is very simple to make. Don't just eat prawn gravy and prawn fry. Try something like this and experience new flavor. Make sure to remove the two veins from the top and bottom so that it won't mess with your stomach. Add coriander leaves at the end after turning off the stove to add extra flavor.
Ingredients
500gms Prawn cleaned, deveined, butterfly cut with shells (head shell removed)
100 gms of finely chopped garlic
finely chopped green chilli (10 NOS)
red chilli flakes as required
1 lemon juice
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp ghee
1/2 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp kasturi methi (optional)
coriander leaves chopped ( half bunch)
4 curry leaves finely chopped
Method
add oil and ghee to the pan
once ghee disolves, add chopped garlic, green chilli and curry leaves
saute well for 2-3 mins
add salt and chilli flakes
saute well for 2-3 mins
add the cleaned prawns
saute well for 5 mins in medium flame
prawn will release water
saute for 1 min in high flame
add kasturi methi (optional)
add 1 full lemon juice
saute for 2 min
turn off the stove and add coriander leaves, mix well
ready to serve
