Trying the Temple of Time XP rates. It seems like Oblivion Guardians aren't a bad alternative to Newt solos. For Newts at the big Newts map, I was getting almost 1.8M XP/10 mins. Road to Oblivion 3 is typically not a popular ToT map, as many players use RTO 4 and 6. You will require at least 4,000 HP to survive, as I've been hit a max hit of 3,978. The other downside of ToT is you need to complete a lot of 999 pre-quests so it can be difficult for HS access.
