What's going on inside meteoritic black diamond?...these are the images of the meteorite black diamond samples under microscope/transmitted light. (Nano Diamond Crystals - Hexagonal, Cubic, Trigonal Crystal Systems. Rows, Clusters and Singles). FYI these samples are very small, ranging from just few thousands of an inch .003" to just a few tens of a thousand of an inch. Example - .0003. These samples must be this small to be translucent/transparent and at least under 400X to 800X magnification to reveal nano diamond crystals, otherwise samples are opaque and the crystals will not be visible to the eye without microscope.
