The results from the Berrymans B12, have made an improvement , but not the resolution hoped for. The data gathered before the tests, didn't show a significant wash on the piston crowns, typical of a piston ring sized, and the engine used more oil in traffic than on motorway runs. So looking at other possibilities, the oil separator is a common issue on the 1.8, and 2.0 litre engines, so off with the Supercharger, and we are now changing the separator unit.
