Kakani, Nuwakot is the best place to visit near Kathmandu. Kakani view point is 16 Km far from Kathmandu ( Bypass, Balaju). It is famous for picnic spot , Jharan (fung fung , Lauke jharana) and the tourist attractions of Nepal.
Kakani is a popular Hiking destination , You can either go here by private vehicle or by public bus and Best if you are more energetic you can also ride a bike to Kakani view point.
