6 pairs of my new work pants in the Kelvinator. Using Ariel Multi powder detergent. The machine had some trouble with balancing in the final spin, so I had to reset the load to get it going properly. You have to wrap pants around the agitator. Otherwise, it will have a tedency to tangle the pants' legs. The machine was set for Cold/Cold as they weren't dirty.
