French Alps Gliding - Archaeopteryx late season at Pic de Bure 2709m

From our Fall gliding camp at Aspres-sur-Buech, I was able to make it to the Pic de Bure at this late point in the season. Unfortunately my insta360 recorded everything in Timelapse mode (no audio).
During the week I discovered that the thermals go only ~150m over the mountain peaks (we only had blue thermals) and to get to Pic de Bure, I flew to the next higher mountain, even if it was 90 degree off-course. That paid off and this was a very memorable flight.
