A directive from Bukit Aman police leds to closure of some Kuala Lumpur City areas to prevent protest gatherings from 9am to 3pm on 21st August 2021. This also includes some stations to be closed during this periods, where passengers cannot board or alight at this stations.
This is a rare moments where normal trains can pass a stations as an express trains. This line can pass a stations up to 90 kmh, creating a shorter journey of only 13 minutes between 7 stations.
