Ingredients –
Soya chap-4 piece
Onion-3 medium
Cashew nuts-1/4 cup
Oil for shallow fry
Oil-2 tbsp
Chinnamon-1 piece
Green cardamom- 1 piece
Black cardamom-1/2 piece
Cloves-4 piece
Black pepper-7-8 piece
Bay leaf-1 piece
Coriander stems-1 small bunch
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Curd-150 gm
Salt-to taste
Special masala- (green cardamom-3/Black cardamom-1/2 /Black pepper-12-15 )
Fresh malai or cream-3 tbsp
Kasoori methi-1 tbsp
Sugar-1/2 tsp
Garnish with green coriander spring and masala
