RV Newbies make our DUMBEST mistake yet | Colorado mountain pass

We thought it would be just another travel day… but RV life had other plans. 🤯 First, we forgot to fill up on gas before climbing one of Colorado’s steepest mountain passes. That's not good when pulling a 23k lb Brinkley Toy Hauler! Then we found our KOA 10 miles from a wildfire, forcing us to change our plans on the fly. Between the tunnels, the high elevation, and the unexpected chaos, this turned into one of the wildest trips we’ve had yet. Thankfully, we salvaged the week with some much-needed time with our best friends — and even found a new favorite spot in Ouray, Colorado.
