These Air Fryer Greek Chicken Bowls are the ultimate summer fakeaway – packed with flavour and fresh ingredients.

It’s a slightly longer recipe, but I promise it’s still super simple to make. And the end result? Absolutely beautiful. Originally shared in summer 2024 and quickly went viral with nearly 100,000 likes – this is hands down one of my most loved air fryer recipes to date.

This recipe is made in four stages – but don’t be put off! Each part is simple and comes together perfectly for a stunning summer bowl. Perfect for meal prep, summer lunches, BBQs, or a fakeaway night in.
