Does your ex miss you? One of the biggest questions someone has during a break up is: Does my ex miss me? We think about it over and over. We are constantly thinking about them. We wonder about the no contact rule. What is no contact? Does no contact work? Will my ex forget about me during no contact?

Many people come to me and ask what the signs are that their ex may be thinking about them. They often tell me: I want my ex to miss me. I want my ex to think about me. What do I do? Should I go no contact? Will they still care if I go no contact?
