The Tragic Decline of Optimized Video Games

It's pretty common nowadays for games requiring DLSS, FSR or any other upscaling method to make them run over 60fps on max settings. If the biggest beefiest PC struggles to exceed 60fps... then what does that mean for everybody else? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
