Murder Sans {GAMEPLAY} (UT: Shattered Multiverse OPs)

my own character suggestion in the game! murder sans is supposed to be the very first tier 5 character that you unlock in the game, and a very powerful one too, being an all rounder (i think)
in my opinion, murder sans relies on his level ups and dodges to live, with lv 25 as the max, giving him insane durability, especially his hp, and ontop of that he has 3 dodges, and also i should mention futile regrets ws and jp boost, and undettered determination being max hp heal lol
for damage, he relies on blaster barrage to deal most of the damage, as i basically made mixed cascade to be a dodge drainer type move, along with billy the blaster, who shreds dodges but deals low damage compared to murder himself
billy is supposed to have 4 modes by the way, but it currently only has offensive mode, which fires a beam that again, shreds dodges but low damage
i think thats all, murder sans is just overall amazing character, even rivals some of the special characters like avenge or gamepass characters like waterfall dust
