Gunnar Turesson (1906-2001) in a TV programme from 1988, when he was almost 82 years old. From 3:30 he sings his most well-known song, "Jag väntar" ("I'm waiting"), with lyrics by his brother-in-law, Dan Andersson. Gunnar Turesson was only 16 years old when he composed the tune.
In the interview he talks about his relationship with Dan Andersson. At the end he says that "Jag väntar" has been recorded in Spanish, and that it has topped the charts in Spain for sixty weeks (!). Does anybody know about this Spanish recording? Who recorded it and what is it called? Is it available here on YouTube?
