This is a beginner lesson about how to write song seeds, a crucial technique in songwriting. Basically, sit down with your guitar and write some non-sense, get in touch with your subconscious, and just see what happens. This is the first step in the song writing pyramid - the "Create" phase. Soon, I'll do a lesson about the next phase "Editing," where you take the song seed and morph it into some that resembles a song a little more. All you need is a guitar or piano or something chordy, a timer and some way to record.
