This is Traditional Winter Special Methi Ladoo.Today I am sharing my special recipe with you without milk and without sugar.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
200 grams Methi Powder
25 gram Sonth Powder (dry ginger powder)
25 grams Pipriya Mul Powder/ganthoda powder (long pepper roots)
200 grams White Udad Daal Aata
200 grams Grated Khopra (coconut)
200 gram coarsely Grind Badam
200 grams Gond (Edible Gum)
500 grams Gud (Jaggery )
500 gram Ghee
How to Make Methi Ladoo
1. Take a pan and roast urad dal 2 -3 minutes. Allow it to cool and grind it it into powder.
2. Pour 200 gm Ghee in the pan. Add urad dal flour After Ghee Melts.Stir And roast the flour well on the low flame till it is Golden Brown.
Flour is roasted in 12 -15 minutes.Remove the flour in a separate bowl
3. Pour Ghee in a pan let it melt.Roast goond in it until crispy.Take it out in a plate
4.Take Coconut 🥥 and grated in in a medium grater.
5. Take Almond and coarsely Grind in in the mixture jar
6.Take a vessel mix all methi ,soth and pipryamool powder in it.Now add Badam, khopra, Goond and urad dal flour in it and mix everything well.
7.Take a pan add 2-3 tbsp of ghee and heat.Add Gud (jaggery) to it and stir till it melts completely on a low flame.Turn off the flame 🔥 and immediately add the melted gud to the prepared mixture.
Mix it with a spoon and make Ladoos with hand and store in an airtight container.
