yin tang acupuncture point, location and use

i will dicuss the location and use of yin tang, how it is used by acupuncturist and how you can use it at home yourself. i will also show the location and use of shen men on the ear and how to use an earseed on that point.

yin tand can be used to help with stress anxiety and improve sleep. as well as to help reduce pain in the lower back and spine. other uses are for headache to open the sinuses and to clear the eyes.
