This is the new SPITEFUL BLOOD legendary gem in three ranks (1, 2, and 3) of comparison in terms of damage and other gem attributes. At rank 1, Spiteful Blood's damage boost is 4 percent, which becomes 8 percent at rank 2. Then by rank 3, Spiteful Blood also provides a shield whenever triggered. It's like a reversed Blood-Soaked Jade plus Phoenix Ashes.
