When I was originally shopping for a car with the V12 some XJ coupes and e types made the list and those were available with carbs. The wording in the engine section about choosing the XJS based on FI may seem confusing and poorly worded. I just wanted to clarify.*
The Jaguar XJS was out of favour amongst enthusiasts and collectors for the last decade and a half but I think now is the time to grab one of these time capsules of a bygone era before they are too pricey to consider.
