Classic French Toast. In this tutorial, we'll show you how to make the best French toast with just a few simple ingredients. Imagine golden-brown bread, coated in a rich custard and topped with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients
6 slices white bread
2 large eggs
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cooking oil for frying
1 tbsp butter
For Toppings
Strawberries
Blueberries
Maple Syrup
Instructions
1. In a shallow bowl, crack two large eggs and add salt, cinnamon sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
2. Dip a slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are fully coated. Avoid soaking it too long to prevent soggy toast.
3. Heat a little oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the soaked bread into the skillet and cook until each side is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Once cooked, transfer the toast to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Repeat with the remaining slices.
5. Now comes my favorite part – topping options! You can go sweet by adding fruits like strawberries or blueberries along with maple syrup. If you prefer savory options instead, try crispy bacon bits with melted cheese on top!
