You can access your home from almost anywhere in world, check the status of devices/appliances, set opening/closing time for your curtains etc. You also get sensor based lighting in toilets which turns on once you step in and goes off as you move out.

You can also manage light, climate, security through this app. You can close your home or open it from anywhere as the need be. The main entrance lock too has multiple options for opening and vice versa like it can be done by using registered biometric fingerprints, numeric passcode, physical key and T Homes app.

You get kitchen done as shown in the video with chimney and woodwork. The gas connection and any leakage too can be monitored through the app.

All the internal doors, main entrance are made of solid teakwood while the outdoor doors are of UPVC.

The unit shown in the video is 1950 sqft super area.

In the toilets in addition to the sensor based lighting you get smart pots in 2 out of 4 toilets. You get pre-heated water and glass curtain in bathrooms and in the master bathroom you get a smart shower panel too.

You can avail home loan facility too.

The price is Rs. 5500 per sqft. beyond that you will have to pay GST, Possession charges and registry charges. If we calculate on the basis of it the shown unit will cost Rs. 1 Cr 7 Lakh and GST, Possession and registry charges shall be separate.
