Join Lavina Mehta MBE and her 78 year old Mother in Law Nishaben Mehta for a Full Body Workout to help you Feel Good physically, emotionally and mentally. Exercises as detailed in Lavina's Bestselling book "The Feel Good Fix."
As seen on TV & Radio, this fitness class session is specially designed for Seniors, less mobile, vulnerable, Recovery, Menopause, Beginners or anyone sitting too long/Working from Home from your desk or sofa! Residential care homes also regularly using as part of their activity programme, with participants up to the age 100.
These sessions cover Lavina’s Feel Good Fitness Prescription EXERCISE SNACKS – bitesize sections of Breathwork, Mobility, Cardio, Strength Training and Stretch snacks to help reduce risks of common chronic illnesses like Type 2 Diabetes, Heart disease, Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, cancers, heart disease and to help maintain our independence as we age. Physio approved exercises and shared by Alzheimers Society as dementia friendly exercises.
