Gluten-Free Custard Taiyaki Recipe 🍮🐟

Ingredients
For the batter:
1 egg
2 tablespoons cane sugar (≈ 30 g / 1 oz)
150 ml milk (≈ 2/3 cup / 5 fl oz)
160 g rice flour (≈ 5.6 oz)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
For the custard cream:
2 eggs
60 g cane sugar (≈ 1/4 cup / 2 oz)
20 g corn starch (≈ 2 tablespoons / 0.7 oz)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For greasing the taiyaki pan:
A little rice bran oil (or regular vegetable oil)
