How to Live Easefully, Peacefully & Usefully

During this talk that Swami Satchidananda gave at Lynchburg College in 1987, he talks about how to live your best life. He explains that our true nature is ever peaceful and easeful because we are made “in the image of God.” So, he highlights what disturbs that nature—endless desires, blaming others for our unhappiness, not understanding the dualities in life and how we let them affect us. He gives simple examples and explains how to be happy under all conditions.
