Making of the Gérard Krawczyk's 2000 movie : Taxi 2 cops scene in 4K.
Here is our tribute to the iconic scene featuring the Daniel's (Samy Naceri) Peugeot 406 on the famous Paris Bir-Hakeim bridge, in the cult Police cars pileup scene.
Produced by Luc Besson, this scene was inspired by the The Blues Brothers (1980) film, where dozens of police cars crash after a long chase in Chicago.
Just for fun and to pay tribute to the film crew, and more specifically Rémy Julienne the stunt coordinator, I tried to recreate and remake that iconic Taxi 2 Police chase scene with miniatures (1:18 scale models).
No CGI, no VFX, no AI !
