In this video, we outline the second step in the company registration process in Dubai. After the initial consultation, the client needs to submit specific documents to proceed with the registration.
Required Documents:
Copies of passports for shareholders and the director-manager.
Proof of residence address for shareholders (acceptable documents include a certificate from the police, a telephone bill, a bank account statement, or an electricity bill that shows the shareholder's name and address).
If the shareholder is a company, an extract from the register is required to verify where the company is registered and who is authorized to sign documents on its behalf.
The shareholder also needs to submit 3 potential company names for us to check their availability.
