The 14.9km Lugy special was the longest of the 11th edition of the Seven Vallees d'Artois rally. Centred around Matringhem the drying ground conditions had provided fast tracks with lots of grip suiting the cars with plenty of power.
In SSV Guillaume Noirot took first place, whilst in T2 the new style Defender driven by Mark Thomas returned the fastest time.
L'épreuve spéciale de Lugy, longue de 14,9 km, était la plus longue de la 11e édition du rallye des Sept Vallées d'Artois. Passant par Matringhem, le terrain, qui séchait, offrait des pistes rapides et adhérentes, idéales pour les voitures puissantes.
En SSV, Guillaume Noirot s'est imposé, tandis qu'en T2, le Defender nouvelle génération piloté par Mark Thomas a réalisé le meilleur temps.
