welcome to a week in my life !!
for January , i have been focusing on building my gym training routine combining it with strength training and progressive overload. i am signed up for a half marathon in june and a 5k race in march! hybrid training has been my goal to build endurance and overall fitness.
healthy eating and recipes is also important when training six days a week , and meal prep has been super helpful ! eating at home protein filled meals has transformed my diet . i hope this video can transform someone’s life as well as inspire you to start your fitness journey !
