Gibson '1960' Les Paul Classic Demo (2000 model)

Here's my second in what may turn out to be a short series of guitar demo videos. I'll be demo-ing guitars that I've bought myself, guitars that I like, the aim being to produce quick, simple, unscripted videos to attempt to demonstrate what they sound like. I won't be using any pedals - I don't really understand why so many guitar reviewers do this, as it then becomes a review/demo of the pedal... but maybe that's just me. I won't be using these videos to show off my guitar chops (because that would be a VERY short film!!) or to demo the guitars only in super-saturated overdrive mode. So I hope you'll find my videos helpful if you're thinking of getting one of the guitars I'm demo-ing.

Here we have a gorgeous Les Paul '1960' Classic from 2000, which I've had for a couple of years now. A proper Lester!

For any fellow Guitar Geeks out there, I'm playing through a Marshall DSL1 one-watt valve combo with the following settings: Clean/'Classic Gain' channel - volume at 4; 'Ultra Gain' channel - gain at 4, volume at 4; EQ - Treble at 4.5, Mid at 4, Bass at 3: reverb at 4. Nice and simple. No pedals!
