How to Organize Home Improvement Plans - Our Experience in Prioritizing & Scheduling Renovation Work

Where do we start? We have a lot of improvements we want to make to our old home and we find ourselves dreaming about the many possibilities of what we can do with the decor and function. How are we going to get it all done?

It can feel overwhelming to renovate a home. There's a saying "we don't plan to fail, we fail to plan". We're showing you our approach to organize and manage the work. You'll see the problems we have to solve and how we prioritize what's most important to start in our new old home.
