The developer of AetherSX2 just released the open beta recently, which can be downloaded in Google Play Store.
The settings I used for this video are all the defaults. The only setting I changed was the orientation for the screen when playing, which is portrait mode on default.
The frame rate can dip as low as 40 when there are many enemies, but it is usually around 50 to 60 most of the time.
