'Puwede ko bang murahin?' Marcos calls Vitaly 'sira-ulo' | ABS-CBN News

In an April 14 vlog where he is shown reacting to recent headlines, including the case of Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. called the arrested Russian vlogger "sira-ulo" (crazy), before asking if he could curse him.
Marcos went on to condemn what he described as the abuse of Filipino hospitality and humility, and warned those like Zdorovetskiy who only seek to "bully" and sow chaos in the country.
