The four Pak Saos Part One

Pak Sao (slapping hand) is one of the most essential techniques we use in Wing Chun and can be applied in four ways:
offensively from the outside
defensively from the outside
offensively from the inside
defensively from the inside

In this video I explain how you perform it correctly.
