1931 Southwest Adobe-Style remodel and modernization. This home received a major functional and structural remodel; living area walls were opened to make a great-room and ceiling joists were removed and reconstructed at a higher elevation. The mechanical systems of the home were brought up to today’s standards. Interior finishes were specifically selected and installed in a manner that modernized while respecting the home’s 84 year history. Through the Design+Build process October 5 creates another home ready for another 84 years of memories!
