Missa paratha is a popular North Indian breakfast dish. Also called missi roti, this crisp outside & soft inside masala paratha is a traditional Punjabi paratha which can be served with plain dahi, pickle, chutney or just by itself.
Ingredients
200 grams whole wheat atta
100 grams besan (chickpea/gram flour)
vegetable oil
1 medium finely chopped onion
1 green chilli finely chopped
2-3 tsp hara dhania (cilantro)
1 tsp ground anardana (pomegranate seeds)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp dhania (coriander) powder
1 tsp salt
