Here's the full process I took to restore this 1920's rare cast Iron Gem Pan.
This pan sat in an Electrolysis tank for 72 hours. Then scrubbed with steel wool. A couple of rounds in 50/50 Vinegar/Water bath for 40 mins each session. Then finished with four rounds of seasoning. And in to the oven at 450F 50mins after each round.
This one was fairly hard to identify, but I believe the centre marking revealed after the restoration shows it to be an old Lodge.
