I swapped the music from Monkey with the one in Twinsanity.
Everything works! The music volume in the menu seems to have to effect on the actual music, but pausing the game pauses the music.
When you enter the aku aku cutscene some strange sound plays that is not part of the song.
Changing levels does NOT change the song that is playing. Update: Changing levels sometimes does make it change music, but not always. Entering Boiler Room Doom made it change the song, but the song from this video was playing in Academy of Evil, Iceberg lab, N. Sanity, etc
