E100: Navigating External Noise in Your Business Journey with Performance Nutritionist, Daniel Davey

Daniel Davey is a performance nutritionist and performance director working in professional sports and business. He is the Author of the best-selling books; ‘Eat Up, Raise Your Game and Eat Up, The Next Level. Daniel is also the co-creator of a collagen supplement with Kinetica Sport.


Daniel founded the platform daveynutrition in 2014, an online business which is based on education, webinars, consultations, events and commercial partners in the food and supplement space. The aim of the business is to be recognised as a worldwide leader in the space of performance, health and nutrition. Daveynutrition has over 178,000 followers across four social platforms but most notably has 140,000 Instagram followers. 


Over the past decade, Daniel has worked with the Dublin Senior football team and Leinster Rugby team. He was a part of the Dublin backroom team that won a record six All-Ireland titles in a row and the Leinster Rugby backroom team that won four straight PRO fourteen titles and the Champions Cup in 2018.


In 2022 Daniel decided to commit to his own business full time and moved on from professional sport. However, he still works as a consultant to athletes in various sports. 
 

His purpose is simple, helping people find the winning moments in sport and life.
