Almonds- 1/3rd cup
Cashews- 1/3rd cup
Raisins- 1/4th cup
Potatoes- 2 Medium
Carrots- 1-2
Beans- chopped half cup
Green Peas- 1/3rd cup
Cauliflower chopped- 1/3rd cup
Paneer- 200 g
Ghee- Total 5 tbsp
bay leaves- 1
Shahi zeera- 1 tsp
cloves- 3-4
cinnamon stick- 2 inch piece
green cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
black pepper- 7-8
star anise- 1
kewada water- 1tsp
coinder leaves- handful
pinch of saffron in 3tbsp hotmilk
fried onions- 1/4th cup
rice( boiled)- 1 1/2 cup
