The video is first of the two part series on the infamous case of three missing businessmen of a business family from Ludhiana way back in 1994. Ritesh Lakhi traces back the case and the sensational details highlighting the high handedness and impunity of tainted Punjab cop ex DGP and the then SSP Ludhiana Sumedh Singh Saini, who in a fit of vengeance due to personal grudge owing to filial reasons ended up allegedly kidnapping three members of a Financier family from Ludhiana. The infamous case came to be termed as Saini Motors case however in effect the three persons kidnapped by police teams led by Sumedh Singh Sain were of Walia family who were financiers to Saini Motors.
On the directions of Sumedh Singh Saini the family was harassed for years and years and still awaits justice as a damning report filed by CBI in Delhi High court completely pins down Sumedh Singh Saini and his SP Sukhmohinder Singh Sandhu along with two SHOs B C Tiwari and Paramjit Singh Pannu of Ludhiana.
The case sees an unprecedented and an unimaginable scale of manipulation of judicial processes by Sumedh Singh Saini who has managed to evade justice and law of the land for decades.
